福岡県中小企業経営革新・賃上げ緊急支援補助金は、深刻な人手不足や物価高の中で中小企業者の経営向上と持続的な賃上げを結び付けるため、福岡県の承認を受けた経営革新計画に基づく新事業活動の実施経費を支援する制度です。県公式ページでは経営革新計画の第5次申請を令和8年5月13日から6月8日必着とし、補助金の実施機関である福岡県中小企業振興センターは補助金申請第4回を令和8年5月15日から6月8日必着と案内しています。 対象は、福岡県内に本店を置く中小企業者又は福岡県内に住民登録している個人事業主で、令和7年7月1日以降に福岡県知事から経営革新計画の承認または変更承認を受けている者です。承認された計画に記載された新事業活動に取り組み、補助対象期間最終月の12か月前から補助事業完了時までに事業場内最低賃金を時間給換算で30円以上引き上げることが必須です。暴力団等に該当しないこと、県内で事業を実施すること、同一経費で国・県・自治体等の他補助金を受けないことも求められます。 補助対象経費は、経営革新計画の新事業活動を実行するため新たに導入する設備機器導入費、システム構築費、工事費、外注費、広告宣伝費、その他経営革新計画上必要と認められる経費です。導入品や成果物は原則として新事業活動に使う必要があり、交付決定前の発注・購入・契約、補助対象期間外の納品や支払、汎用性が高く目的外使用になり得るもの、通信費、税務・訴訟費用、消費税、振込手数料、自社人件費などは対象外です。 補助率と上限は賃上げ額で変わり、30円以上60円未満の引上げは対象経費の2/3以内・上限120万円、60円以上の引上げは3/4以内・上限135万円です。申請では交付申請書、事業計画書、賃金算出表、誓約書、見積書等、賃金比較月の賃金台帳、経営革新計画承認書の写しなどを提出します。補助事業は交付決定後に開始し、完了後10日以内または実績報告最終期限のいずれか早い日までに報告してから、額確定後に請求する流れです。

①事業概要:令和8年度臼杵市産業・雇用促進事業補助金は、臼杵市内で事業を営む中小企業者の成長促進と市民の積極的な雇用促進を目的に、経営力強化につながる設備投資等と、新規雇用した労働者への人件費を支援する制度です。採択前に事業開始(購入契約・発注)した設備等は対象外で、採択後に事業計画に基づき補助事業を実施します。事業計画は外部有識者を含む審査会で審査され、申請者は審査会で口頭での受け答え等を行う必要があります。 ②対象者:対象となるのは、臼杵市内で1年以上、製造業、卸売業、小売業、宿泊業、飲食サービス業、生活関連サービス業を営む事業所を有する中小企業者です。市内事業所で経営力強化につながる設備投資等を実施予定で、申請後3年間にわたり事業の成長性や地域経済への波及効果が見込める事業計画を有すること、本市から税が賦課され完納していること、産業観光課で令和8年6月3日までに事前相談を受けていることが必要です。暴力団関係者、同様趣旨の他補助金等を受ける事業、過去の本補助金又は企業立地促進条例助成金の交付決定から一定期間を経過していない事業者は対象外です。 ③補助対象経費・補助内容:設備投資等は、機械装置費、システム構築費、事業所改修費、専門家相談費が対象です。機械装置費には整備費、設置工事費、運搬費など導入に不可欠な経費を含みますが、パソコン、タブレット、車両など汎用性の高いもの及び消費税相当額は対象外です。専門家相談費は設備投資等の1、2、3の費目と併用する場合のみ申請できます。新規雇用人件費は、補助事業採択通知日から令和8年12月31日までに新規雇用した、市内住所を有し市内事業所に雇用された雇用保険被保険者に支払った給与・賃金が対象で、3か月分以上支払われている場合に限り、手当等は除かれます。 ④補助率・上限・スケジュール・申請のポイント:補助率はいずれも補助対象経費の2分の1以内です。設備投資等は上限150万円、人件費は新規雇用労働者1人あたり10万円・5人までで、設備投資等との併用が前提です。最大では設備投資等150万円と人件費50万円を合わせて200万円となります。事前相談期限は令和8年6月3日、補助事業採択申請書の提出期限は令和8年6月10日です。採択後、補助事業完了日から30日以内又は令和9年2月26日までに補助金交付申請書等を提出し、交付決定後は補助金交付請求書で請求します。採択後に変更・廃止する場合は、原則として事前に補助事業計画変更(廃止)申請書を提出し承認を受ける必要があります。

①事業概要:青森市が、市内の農水産物である「あおもり産品」の高付加価値化と農水産業者等の所得向上を図り、地域活性化と農水産業振興につなげるために実施する補助金です。あおもり産品を活用して新たな付加価値を創出する取組を対象とし、新商品やサービスの開発、既存商品のブラッシュアップ、試作、デザイン研究開発、品評会への出品などを支援します。 ②対象者:対象は、市内に住所を有する生産者、または市内に主たる事業所を有する生産者団体、中小企業者、小規模企業者、個人事業者です。中小企業者・小規模企業者・個人事業者は1年以上事業を営むことが定義に含まれます。申請時に市税を滞納していないこと、暴力団員または暴力団等と社会的に非難されるべき関係にないことも必要です。 ③補助対象経費・補助内容:補助対象経費は、謝金、旅費・宿泊費、調査・デザイン等の委託経費、原材料費・加工費、資機材の購入費、品評会の開催・出品に係る経費、その他市長が特に必要と認めた経費です。消費税及び地方消費税相当額は除かれ、国・県・市等の他の補助金を受ける場合は、その補助金額を控除した額が算定基礎になります。 ④補助率・上限・スケジュール・申請のポイント:補助金額は補助対象経費の2分の1または50万円のいずれか低い額以内で、100円未満の端数は切り捨てです。申請締切は令和8年6月10日(水曜日)で、2026年6月4日時点では受付中です。申請前にあおもり産品支援課へ事前個別相談を行い、申請書、事業計画書、収支予算書、誓約書、定款・規約、決算書、登記事項証明書または住民票、納税証明書または同意書、見積書等をそろえて提出します。書類審査後は審査委員会でプレゼンテーション・質疑応答があり、採択後は中間報告、実績報告、額の確定、請求・交付へ進みます。

Acquisition of facility-installation permits under Articles 8 or 15 of the Waste Management Act, a constructed disaster-waste acceptance framework, and a sworn declaration excluding organized-crime affiliations are mandatory. ③ Eligible expenses & contents: Construction costs (main works, ancillary works, machinery, surveying & testing), equipment costs, operations (design) costs, administrative costs, and other expenses approved by the Foundation.
