Terms of Use and Disclaimer

These terms govern use of Jokin subsidy information, accounts, recommendations, AI-assisted organization, uploads, and application support features.

1. Service Description

  • The service provides subsidy information search, company profile generation, matching recommendations, Q&A filtering, document organization, application drafts, prefilled files, and expert handoff support.
  • The service is not a government, municipal, implementing-agency, or official subsidy portal. Displayed information is for reference, and official guidelines, application pages, and agency notices prevail.
  • Some descriptions, summaries, recommendation reasons, question organization, or prefilled content may be assisted by software or AI. Users must review official materials and application documents themselves.

2. Account Management

  • Users must use true, accurate, and up-to-date information when using account and application features.
  • Users are responsible for managing login accounts, email addresses, devices, and sessions, and must not transfer, rent, or inappropriately share accounts.
  • If unauthorized account use or risk of material leakage is discovered, users should promptly contact the operator.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Entering false, misleading, unlawful, or third-party rights-infringing information.
  • Uploading malicious files, viruses, personal information without authority, trade secrets, or third-party confidential materials.
  • Crawling, reverse engineering, excessive access, authentication bypass, security attacks, or interference with service operation.
  • Using the service for unlawful applications, fraud, impersonation, anti-social-force related activity, or conduct that violates subsidy application rules.

4. Accuracy and Non-Official Statement

  • The operator works to improve accuracy but does not guarantee that subsidy information, deadlines, eligibility judgments, amounts, required materials, or application outcomes are complete, current, or suitable for each user.
  • Final eligibility, screening, adoption, subsidy amount, and payment are determined by each implementing agency.
  • Before submitting an application, users should read the complete official materials and consult an administrative scrivener, tax accountant, lawyer, or other expert when needed.

5. Uploaded Materials and Data Use

  • Users authorize the operator to store, parse, convert, prefill, generate, download, and hand off user inputs and uploaded materials as necessary to provide the service.
  • The operator may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve matching quality, form parsing, question design, and system stability.
  • The operator will not publicly display individual user application materials without user consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The service software, interfaces, database structure, organized explanations, trademarks, and operational materials belong to the operator or rightful owners.
  • Users retain rights they lawfully hold in uploaded materials and inputs, while granting the operator the license needed to provide the service.
  • Rights in official materials, subsidy guidelines, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

7. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Limitation of Liability

  • The operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service due to maintenance, failures, security, external service outages, legal changes, or business needs.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the service.
  • Where liability cannot be fully disclaimed by law, the operator's liability is capped at the amount the user actually paid to the service in the most recent 3 months; for free use, the cap is 0 yen.

8. Changes to Terms, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

  • The operator may update these terms when necessary and notify users by posting on the website or by another reasonable method.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  • Disputes related to the service are subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
