1. Program overview: This Yamanashi City subsidy reduces farm burdens from price increases by covering part of machinery, materials, and grape trellis costs. 2. Eligible applicants: Applicants must be sole proprietors living in Yamanashi City and farming city land. They must mainly produce and sell fruit, with fruit income exceeding half of agricultural income, and must have no similar grants, tax arrears, or improper farmland rights. 3. Eligible expenses: Purchases must be for the applicant's own use and bought from a city-based office or store. Eligible items include new machinery of at least 20,000 yen, specified used machinery of at least 500,000 yen, reflective sheets, and grape trellis materials. 4. Rate, caps, and schedule: The subsidy rate is up to one half excluding tax. Caps are 200,000 yen for machinery, 50,000 yen for reflective sheets, 300,000 yen for new trellis materials, and 100,000 yen for repairs.
