Workforce Recruitment Support Subsidy

1. Program overview: This FY2026 Tomakomai City subsidy helps businesses secure regular employees. It supports recruitment information activities and student internship hosting. Applications are first come, first served until the budget is used. 2. Eligible applicants: Applicants must meet city support-program requirements and have an office or business site in Tomakomai. If the main office is outside the city, recruitment must be for regular employees assigned to a Tomakomai workplace. 3. Eligible costs and support: Recruitment costs include briefing-session fees, job ads, recruitment services, and outsourced hiring media. Internship support covers travel, lodging, use fees, leases, and insurance for city workplace programs. 4. Rate, cap, and schedule: Recruitment costs are subsidized up to one half; internship hosting is actual-cost reimbursement. Both menus are capped at 100,000 yen per business per fiscal year. Apply by February 26, 2027, at least two weeks before starting.
