Summary
1. Program overview: This nationwide MHLW subsidy supports shipper groups that improve transaction environments to shorten waiting, cargo-handling and working hours for transport operators. 2. Eligible applicants: the group must have at least three business operators, include at least one shipper or warehouse operator and one transport operator, and have a representative business operator with legal personality. 3. Eligible activities and costs: eligible projects include transaction adjustment, best-practice collection, seminars, expert consultation, and equipment or system introduction used by transport operators. Eligible costs include honoraria, travel, rental, meeting, temporary service, printing, communications, machinery, fixtures, supplies and outsourcing. 4. Rate and schedule: the grant is the lower of eligible project cost and JPY1,000,000 per group, rounded down below JPY1,000. FY2026 applications are due by 17:00 on November 30, 2026.
