Summary

1. Program overview Tsukigata Town supports successors after farm transfer. It stabilizes the operator, smooths succession, and sustains farming. It cannot be combined with the town's pre-transfer grant. 2. Eligible applicants Applicants live in Tsukigata Town and generally be under 50. They must have received farm control from a relative or mayor-approved person and become a certified farmer or corporate officer. Prior national funding, anti-social status, or tax arrears disqualify them. 3. Eligible costs and support Costs cover resource use, management review, and development: machinery repair or renewal, relocation, removal, incorporation, expert advice, machinery purchase or lease, livestock, and farmland work. Finish within one fiscal year. 4. Rate, ceiling, and filing The rate is up to one half, capped at 1.5M yen. Apply by June 30 after consultation. Submit the application, plan, estimates, and corporate documents if needed; report within 30 days, then claim payment.
