Summary

①Overview: Tsugaru City Corporate Introduction Video Production Cost Support Subsidy partially funds the cost of corporate-introduction videos that city businesses create for young-talent recruitment. Goal: relieve labor shortage to develop commerce/industry, and promote young people's local settlement. ②Eligible applicants: City businesses (those with a store or business location in the city, excluding businesses headquartered outside Aomori Prefecture; city/prefecture-attracted companies are included) that satisfy: (1) no delinquency on Tsugaru municipal tax, (2) agree to publish the produced video on the city website etc. for ≥1 year and allow city's use within necessary scope, (3) not previously subsidized by this notice, (4) not organized crime members or those with such relationships. ③Eligible expenses & benefit content: A corporate introduction video is a video that city businesses create for talent recruitment to communicate their business overview, employment/recruitment info, and other appeal points. Eligible expenses are outsourcing fees/commissions paid to other businesses for video production; in-house personnel costs are NOT eligible. The video publication period counts overlapping the editing/replacement preparation period (temporary suspension, editing work, etc.). ④Rate, ceiling, schedule, application pointers: 1/2 of eligible expenses (rounded down to nearest JPY 1,000), cap JPY 150,000. Apply by the end of February of the fiscal year for the subsidy (by 2027-02-28). Submit with Form 1 (Tax Status Consent), supplier estimate copy, headquarters address document, and other required documents. Implementation report due within 30 days of completion or by March 31 of the fiscal year (whichever earlier), with payment receipt, completed video electronic data, and other required documents. Stopping publication within 1 year may trigger refund. Inappropriate content (against public order/morality) may result in cancellation.
