Toyota City Human Resource Activity Support Subsidy FY2026
Summary
① Toyota City’s FY2026 subsidy supports SME through training, recruitment, external talent use, and succession or M&A. It helps city businesses build skills, hire workers, use outside expertise, and prepare continuity. ② Eligible applicants are SME with a principal office in Toyota City, individuals with an address and business office in the city, and SME groups based there. Projects only outside the city are excluded. ③ Eligible costs include tuition and materials, recruitment events and tools, talent matching fees, and succession or M&A consulting such as planning, valuation, IP diagnosis, matching registration and brokerage. Costs are tax-exclusive. ④ The rate is generally 1/2, or 2/3 for training or recruitment in construction, transport/postal, medical/welfare, or security. Caps are JPY 200,000, or JPY 400,000 for award or SDGs-certified businesses; external talent and succession/M&A are capped at JPY 300,000.
