Toyooka Village Energy Price Surge Support Grant

1. Program overview Toyooka Village offers this grant to help local businesses continue despite higher energy prices. It uses actual utility, fuel and power costs. 2. Eligible applicants Applicants need a village business office, active operations, a filed tax return, intent to continue business, and at least JPY 100,000 in eligible expenses. SMEs, corporations may apply. Tax arrears and excluded organizations cannot apply. 3. Eligible expenses and support Eligible costs include utilities, fuel, power, electricity, LP gas, gasoline, diesel, kerosene and heavy oil. Private use, resale fuel and subsidized costs are excluded. 4. Rate, cap, schedule and application points The grant is 10% of eligible expenses, rounded down below JPY 1,000. It is paid once, capped at JPY 300,000 for corporations and JPY 150,000 for sole proprietors. Applications run February 1 to June 30, 2026. Submit Form 1, tax evidence and Attachment 1.
