Overview: A Toyama Prefecture top-up subsidy paid on top of the national MHLW Business Improvement Assistance, helping Toyama SMEs raise the workplace minimum wage by funding productivity capex. 2. Eligibility: Toyama businesses with workplace <30 employees that applied for the national Business Improvement Assistance on/after 1 Apr 2025 and got the grant-amount confirmation. Must keep wage ledgers, comply with labour law, have no 3-year subsidy fraud, no adult-entertainment ties, no organised-crime links, no tax arrears. 3. Eligible expenses: The paid amount of the national Business Improvement Assistance — capex (machinery, consulting, training) tied to raising the workplace minimum wage. Toyama tops up by 1/10. 4. Rate / cap / schedule / apply: Flat 1/10. Cap = 1/10 of the national cap — JPY60,000 (30-yen, 1 worker) up to JPY600,000 (90-yen, 10+ workers). Deadline 26 Feb 2027; may close earlier on budget exhaustion. Submit Form 1 + Form 2 with copies of the national grant-decision notice, amount-confirmation notice, settlement (Bessi 1) and execution-results report (Bessi 2).
