Tokyo: "Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Cooperation System Digital Environment Development Promotion Project for the 8th Fiscal Year Reiwa"
Summary
The Tokyo Metropolitan Area Medical Cooperation System Digital Environment Development Promotion Project supports hospitals and所s in Tokyo to build a digital medical network for smooth sharing of medical information with medical institutions using existing electronic medical systems and ordering systems. The target is an in-house medical institution that has been established in hospitals,所s, or notification所s approved by the medical law, and has agreed to share information with other medical institutions. The target cost is the introduction and update of the server system necessary for regional medical cooperation, system design and development, network construction, security enhancement, installation work, uninterrupted device, existing system renovation, software that refers to data from the server in emergency, and HPKI implementation related costs. On the other hand, maintenance and management expenses, introduction and update of in-house systems that do not affect regional medical cooperation, and equipment that is not limited to applications are excluded. The implementation system must meet the conditions for safe sharing of medical information, such as SS-MIX2 standardized storage or HL7 FHIR description specifications, standard master, patient consent acquisition, access permission management according to 患者 etc., with consideration of interoperability and scalability. The subsidy is calculated by comparing the standard amount of 20 million yen and actual実enditure amount, and the medical institution less than 200 floors is applied to 3rd of 4 and 1st of 2nd, so the subsidy amount is up to 15 million yen. The application will be carried out by J Grants and will be submitted a business plan by June 30, 2019 after specifying the g-vis ID prime in advance.
