Tokyo: Support for the environment maintenance of MICE facilities (2nd and 8th year of Reiwa)

This Tokyo Metropolitan Government subsidy program supports the development of MICE facilities' (international conferences, corporate meetings, incentive tours, and exhibitions) acceptance infrastructure to enhance international competitiveness and stimulate the Tokyo economy. Eligible applicants are corporations operating or expanding MICE-related facilities such as conference centers, exhibition halls, and hotels. Eligible expenses include facility renovations, equipment installation, and ICT environment setup, with subsidy caps and rates to be announced separately. Business plans must align with Tokyo's MICE promotion strategy, and a detailed project plan submission is mandatory. As this is the second round of applications, early consultation with relevant departments and deadline confirmation are critical for success.
