Tokyo Exhibition Participation Subsidy
Summary
1. Program overview: This FY2026 Tokyo program helps Tokyo SMEs expand sales channels through BtoB exhibitions. It is run by Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, and subsidizes exhibition and promotion costs. 2. Eligible applicants: Applicants must be SMEs or sole proprietors substantially operating in Tokyo. They need the FY2025 or FY2026 SME Management Capability Advancement Plus management analysis, plus sales decline, a latest-period loss, or a Growth Support certificate. 3. Eligible costs and support: Covered costs include booth fees, materials, transport, initial EC mall registration, printed materials, videos, advertising, and website creation or renewal. A booth fee or EC initial registration fee is mandatory. 4. Rate, cap, schedule, and application points: The cap is 1,500,000 yen and the rate is up to two thirds. Applications are only through J Grants, requiring gBizID Prime. Ten rounds run from April 1, 2026 to January 14, 2027.
