Tamano City SME Human Resource Securing Support Subsidy
Summary
(1) Overview: Tamano City (Okayama Pref.) SME Human Resource Securing Support Subsidy. Helps SMEs and sole proprietors in Tamano City strengthen their management base through workforce acquisition and employee development. Two categories: A) Securing (joint job-fair exhibitions, recruitment-site postings) and B) Development (employee training and skill-certification exams). (2) Applicants: must meet all of: (i) SME/sole proprietor under SME Basic Act Art. 2-1 with principal business in Tamano City (sole proprietors must reside in the city); (ii) no unpaid municipal taxes; (iii) not an organized-crime member per Tamano Ordinance Art. 2. NPOs, social welfare, medical and special corporations are excluded. Category B targets employee skill-up; successor/succession training may include officer-remuneration recipients. (3) Expenses: A covers exhibition fees, travel, posting/agency fees for joint job fairs, university guidance, recruitment sites/apps, agency commissions. Bundled lodging-travel packages: only travel portion eligible. B covers tuition, textbooks, training outsourcing, lecturer honoraria, exam/participation fees. Examples: NC lathe programming, process control, management courses, new-employee/safety/managerial training, skill certifications, welding tests. Skill exams eligible only on passing. (4) Rate/ceiling/schedule: A = 2/3 rate, JPY 200,000 ceiling. B = 1/2 rate, JPY 100,000 ceiling. Tamano Settlement Promotion Cooperating Companies or Career Education Human Resource Bank registrants get a JPY 100,000 ceiling expansion. Multiple filings per category until ceiling reached. Single fiscal year; rolling intake closes when budget exhausted. Results reports must be submittable by end-Feb Reiwa 9 (28 Feb 2027). Apply before project start.
