Summary

Suwa City Rental Factory and Rental Office Rent Aid is a system to support the founders who rent a new business or small businesses who are transferring from outside to the city. By subsidizing part of the leasing fee of the office, it is aimed at promoting corporate location in the city and supporting business management of the location company. The target person is the founder or relocation company who rented a new office. However, if the owner and borrower of small and medium-sized enterprises and business offices with existing offices in the city are the same person, the rental office is used as stores, warehouses, and garages, and the business that 、 deems inappropriate is not eligible. Small and medium-sized enterprises who pay city tax, etc. are not eligible, and business needs to be continued in Suwa city for three years after the grant decision. Auxiliary expenses are the rental of land buildings related to the part of the subsidy project of the rental business, and the first day of the contract period is the 12 months. If there is a month to calculate by day, the next month will be calculated. This is a factory and office that conforms to the application area, etc. under the Architectural Standards Act of Japan. Auxiliary amount is limited to 100,000 yen per month, within one-half of the rental fee compared to budget. The maximum single brush cap is 100,000 yen × 12 months. The application will be submitted to Suwa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. by March 10 of the year to be eligible for grant, corporate overview, copy of the lease agreement, the Articles of Incorporation and financial statements, the required tax payment certificate, proof of rent payment, and the actual report.
