[Supporting Companies] Mitsuke City Internship Acceptance Promotion Subsidy

①Overview: Mitsuke City (Niigata) provides the 'Internship Acceptance Promotion Subsidy' to encourage businesses to actively host internships, helping students find local employment and helping host companies secure talent. The subsidy partly covers the costs of hosting student interns at businesses with facilities in Mitsuke City for at least 2 days of internship (4 hours/day minimum). ②Eligible Applicants: Businesses with facilities in Mitsuke City. Any legal entity form may apply, provided they host an internship at their Mitsuke premises. ③Eligible Expenses & Content: Expenses borne by the company for accepting student interns: (1) transportation expenses and (2) lunch expenses. A roster of expected interns must be submitted. The internship must be at least 2 days at a Mitsuke business location, with at least 4 hours per day in principle. ④Subsidy Rate, Cap, Schedule, and Application Tips: 1/2 of eligible expenses; cap ¥10,000 per intern hosted. Application period: 1 April 2026 (Wed) – 31 March 2027 (Wed). The 'Internship Acceptance Promotion Subsidy Application Form' must be submitted 7 days before the internship starts (or earlier if the 7th day falls on a weekend/holiday). After receipt and review, a decision notice is issued. After completion, the achievement report and payment request (with the actual intern roster, copies of receipts and a copy of the bank passbook) must be submitted by 31 March 2027.
