Support Program for Wage Increases and Price Inflation at Medical Institutions

The wage-increase grant must be used for base-up wage improvements from December 2025 through May 2026, such as increases in basic salary or fixed monthly allowances. Eligible workers include part-time workers with employment contracts with the facility operator, while managers, corporate chairpersons operating the facility, and sole proprietors operating the facility are excluded. Grant amounts for the wage-increase program are JPY 72,000 times permitted beds for clinics with three or more beds, JPY 150,000 per facility for clinics with two beds or fewer and clinics without beds, and JPY 228,000 per visiting nursing station.
