① Overview: Ninohe City subsidizes material purchases that reduce crop damage caused by wildlife. Consumables, shipping, and fees are excluded. Apply before purchase; materials must last five years or more. ④ Rate and flow: The rate is up to one half, capped at JPY 200,000, or JPY 100,000 for bird-proof nets. Install in city farmland by the end of FY2026, avoid locations supported in the past five years, submit application documents, wait for approval, then purchase, install, report completion, claim, and provide receipts.
