Special Exhibition Grant for 2019

The Shimane Industry Promotion Foundation’s special exhibition grant is a system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shimane Prefecture to promote their products and technology, and to support a part of the cost of exhibiting at specialized exhibitions and trade fairs held outside the prefecture. The purpose is to掘avate new business partners, promote new products, and expand into new fields. The exhibition will be held from April 10, 2019 to March 31, 2019. The target business operator has a business center in Shimane Prefecture, and is a small and medium-sized enterprise set forth in Article 2 of the Basic Law of Small and Medium Enterprises.企業ed of three or more small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Shimane Prefecture, corporate groups approved by the management innovation plan are also eligible as approved companies. The exhibition area is assumed to be environmental, welfare, living environment, mechanical metals, electronics, etc., but approved companies have exceptions to field requirements. In principle, the use of a single company is limited to once a year. In addition to exhibiting as an approval company, the company can use it alone. Subsidy costs include booth fees, booth decoration fees, travel expenses and transportation expenses. Except for exhibition booth fees, expenses that occur after the grant decision date are included, and travel expenses are limited to transportation of exhibits. The expenses received from countries and prefectures are not eligible for the same business. However, if the foundation admits particular, or the original assistance of municipalities, etc. may be an exception. At the time of application, submit the application form, business plan, exhibit product brochure, last two-year financial statement, tax certificate, company profile, and approval company only. The grant rate and upper limit are up to 300,000 yen for the general frame within 1/2, but the approval company is up to 990 yen, and the special frame
