Side Job and Multiple Job Professional Talent Utilization Promotion Subsidy

1. Program overview: Nagano Prefecture supports local businesses using professional talent in side-job or multiple-job arrangements to accelerate order expansion and management problem solving. 2. Eligible applicants: Applicants must have a head office or main office in Nagano, aim to expand orders, use talent at a prefectural office, have prior use through the Nagano Professional Talent Strategy Base, and not use another FY2026 subsidy of the same series. 3. Eligible expenses: Eligible costs are referral fees paid to registered talent companies, fixed remuneration paid to the professional talent, and travel costs when out-of-prefecture talent visits. Consumption tax is excluded, the contract period must be one to six months, and only one person is covered. 4. Amount and schedule: The subsidy rate is up to two thirds, capped at JPY420,000 per business. Applications are open from February 27 to December 28, 2026, but may close earlier when the budget limit is reached.
