Shimamoto Town Disability Welfare Service Business Establishment Support Subsidy (FY2026)

1) Overview: Shimamoto Town subsidy supports new disability welfare service business establishments by subsidizing initial rent for 24 months. Covers employment-related services (¥100K/month) and visiting-care services (¥50K/month). 2) Eligible Applicants: Newly opened disability welfare service businesses in Shimamoto Town. Employment services for mentally/intellectually disabled; visiting care for same; visiting nursing for psychiatric or medical-care-required. EXCLUDED: self-owned premises; existing rent exemption. 3) Eligible Expenses: Building/land rent, common service fees, parking fees. Subsidy: lower of 'cap (¥100K or ¥50K/month) × months' or 'actual expense × 1/2'. Period: 24 months from opening month or application month. 4) Subsidy Rate, Cap and Schedule: 1/2 rate, max ¥2.4M (¥100K×24). Apply from pre-opening to within 6 months post-opening. Claims twice yearly: April (Oct-Mar) and October (Apr-Sep). No subsidy if no user records in claim period.
