This is a system to support businesses that open stores by店舗ing vacant stores and vacant warehouses within designated areas of Saga City. The aim is to recall commercial functions in the central city, and to increase attractive stores with daytime bustling and surrounding waves. The recr ing store is a store that corresponds to the daily shopping of residents in the central city, a shop that has features not in the suburban shopping center, a business expansion with increased , and a store that can contribute to the daytime bustling creation. Applicants must enter into a lease agreement with the owner of a free store in the recr。ing area, and open for more than 3 hours from 9am to 6pm. In the past 36 months, those who have received the subsidy, those who closed after the business was subsidized in the past, chain stores and franchise stores headquartered outside Saga City, and those who have already opened a store in the area are not eligible. The auxiliary expenses are the refurbishment cost of the store, and the construction required for the opening of interior, exterior, air conditioning, water- ipment etc. is not included. Auxiliary amount is determined based on the results of the examination, with a maximum of 1.5 million yen, within one second of the subsidy expenses. The 2nd deadline is August 31, 2026. After the application, candidates will be selected for the opening of the store after screening and presentation. Candidates will be issued within 10 days from the date of the decision. In the case of construction commencement before the grant decision, it is not eligible, and it may be closed even before the deadline as the budget disappears.
