Profitable Okinawa Prefectural Products Support Program: Okinawa Fair Hosting Support

1. Overview: This program supports Okinawa fairs outside Okinawa. It expands channels while communicating Okinawa's culture, history, and product stories. 2. Applicants: Eligible applicants are SMEs: Okinawa producers, Okinawa distributors, or outside distributors applying with Okinawa producers. Half of handled products must be Okinawan products handled for one year or more. Events need 10 or more items and expected sales of at least 2 million yen. 3. Costs: Eligible costs include travel, venue setup and operation, product explainer staffing, honoraria, and sales promotion, such as fares, accommodation, decoration, POP materials, flyers, banners, and web ads. Pre-award or unverifiable payments are excluded. 4. Rate and schedule: The ceiling is 4.5 million yen and the rate is up to one half. Travel is capped at 2 million yen and sales promotion at 450,000 yen per event. FY2026 deadlines are April 22, May 22, and July 3; prior review is due five business days before each deadline.
