1Business Overview The Niigata City Human Resource Development Grant is a system to support employees of small and medium enterprises who have factories, logistics facilities, industrial workers with offices, logistics operators, and information communication related companies in the city. We are aiming to strengthen corporate sustainable growth and competitiveness through the development of employee capacity and technological level. 2 Target Targets are small and medium-sized companies in the city and are applicable to industrial workers, logistics operators or information-related businesses, and are trained to employees working at factories, logistics facilities or business sites in the city. It is required that the city tax is not deducted, it is not a national or local public organization or its investment corporation, and it is not in violation of other laws. 3Subsidy expenses and subsidies Target training is a training program recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Major School of Small and Medium Enterprises), Niigata Industrial Creation Organization, Niigata Vo al Proficiency Development Short-Term University, Niigata Vo al Proficiency Development Promotion Center, Niigata Vo。al Proficiency Development School, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Applicants must be paid by the applicant before applying other public support systems. 4Auxiliary rate, upper limit, schedule, application point grant amount is limited to 200,000 yen per person. The maximum estimate is 200,000 yen × 100,000 yen for 5 persons per year. Fees must be 20,000 yen or more per class. Applicants must submit a grant application form and an attached document by the day before the date of the course, and report the results by the second or the end of the course or by the earlier date specified.
