Mihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture: “Auxiliary Fund for the Promotion of Decarbonized Society in Reiwa 8”

Mihara City subsidizes equipment installations that reduce CO2 emissions under its FY2026 Decarbonized Society Promotion Subsidy. This enrichment focuses on the business-use categories listed on the official page: solar power systems, storage batteries, high-efficiency air-conditioning equipment, and high-efficiency lighting equipment for business sites in Mihara City. Eligible business applicants must meet the city’s SME and related entity requirements, have no city tax arrears, and not fall under anti-social force exclusions. Applications are accepted from April 1, 2026 to February 26, 2027, before purchase or construction starts. The maximum business-side single application display amount is JPY 3,500,000 when all business equipment category caps are combined as allowed by the official rules.
