Kyoto Prefecture: "Agricultural Farming Co)」ing Emergency Support Project (April, 2019)

An emergency support program for farmers whose agricultural operations were damaged by strong winds in April 2024, designed to facilitate the continuation and recovery of affected farming businesses. Target recipients include individual farmers and agricultural corporations that suffered damage and are continuing operations in affected areas. Support covers emergency farming continuation expenses and facility repair costs; specific subsidy caps and rates will be determined following damage assessment. Eligible applicants must receive official damage recognition from relevant authorities and demonstrate intention to continue farming operations. As this is a time-limited program specific to April 2024 damages, rapid processing of damage certification and application procedures is critical.
