Kitakyushu Port Container Cargo Auxiliary System

This subsidy program promotes the increase of container cargo handled through the Port of Kita-Kyushu, strengthening port functions and enhancing regional industrial competitiveness. Transportation companies, logistics enterprises, and import/export businesses utilizing the Port of Kita-Kyushu are eligible. The program provides partial subsidies for ocean freight rates and port usage fees for container cargo. Eligible applicants must have demonstrated track records of using the Port of Kita-Kyushu and can apply on a monthly basis. This initiative is expected to optimize port utilization and enhance supply chain efficiency for regional industries.
