Kakamigahara City Youth Talent Acquisition Web Strategy Support Subsidy
Summary
(1) Overview: This subsidy, established by Kakamigahara City (Gifu Prefecture) and effective from July 1, 2025 (Reiwa 7), supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and similar organizations in the city to disseminate recruitment information on the web, promoting the securing of young talent who will lead the future development of local industry. Eligible recipients can subsidize the costs of newly creating or renovating recruitment websites or producing company-introduction videos for recruitment purposes. (2) Eligible Recipients: SMEs as defined in Article 2(1) of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Basic Act, NPOs, general/public-interest incorporated associations and foundations, medical corporations, social welfare corporations, cooperative associations, and school corporations, all with head office, main office, or principal place of business located within Kakamigahara City. Applicants must not be delinquent in city tax, must not fall under disqualifying clauses of the Kakamigahara City Subsidy Grant Regulations Article 3-3, and must not have previously received this subsidy. Adult entertainment businesses and political/religious activity businesses are excluded. (3) Eligible Expenses & Content: The subsidized project must be intended for recruitment activity for hiring planned within 3 fiscal years, and must consist of (a) creating or renovating a recruitment website operated by the recipient, or (b) producing a company-introduction video for recruitment and posting it on the recruitment website, or both. Eligible expenses are limited to outsourcing costs (direction, design, coding, content creation, video planning/shooting/editing, posting work, etc.) excluding consumption tax. Outsourcing partners with director-overlap or capital relationships are excluded. Duplicate subsidies from national or other local governments are not allowed. (4) Subsidy Rate, Cap, Schedule & Application Points: The subsidy rate is 1/2 of eligible expenses (rounded down by less-than-1,000-yen units), with a maximum of 250,000 yen. Applications are submitted to the mayor on Form 1 with a business plan (Form 2), quotation copies, and other required documents. Prior approval (Form 4) is required for changes/suspension/termination. Implementation reports (Form 6) with receipts and site photos must be submitted within 30 days after completion or by end of February of the relevant fiscal year, whichever is earlier. After amount confirmation, payment is requested via Form 8.
