This grant is a type of commuting subsidy based on the 通勤 payment system for persons with disabilities. It is a system that supports the commuting of a parking lot so that the commuting by public transportation is not easy due to obstacle characteristics. The target is a business owner of the office that employs the disabled as a worker. If the parking lot is not rented, it is recognized that it is difficult to continue . Persons with disabilities fall under severe physical disability, intellectual disability, mental disability and other disability categories specified in the brochure, and are applicable to workers. In the rental grant of the parking lot, it is also required that the user of the automobile inspection card is the person in principle. In the case of more than 6 months after at the time of application for certification, it will not be eligible for any commuting difficulty, unless there is a unavoidable reason such as disability severity, personnel change, office transfer etc. Auxiliary target is a one-month rental fee for the parking lot of new leases used for commuting for persons with disabilities. If the leased area is less than 28 square meters, the rental fee will be paid. If it exceeds 28 square meters, it will be divided according to 28 square meters. If the parking lot usage fee is not collected from the target person, the collection will be deducted. The grant rate is 3rd of the paid expenses, and the maximum amount is 50,000 yen per month for the disabled, and the payment period is 10 years after the date the parking lot was rented.
