① Overview: Izunokuni City’s Agricultural Materials Price Surge Support Grant supports local agriculture and livestock operators facing higher input prices. Aid is based on eligible 2025 settlement expenses. ② Eligible applicants: Applicants must have operated agriculture or livestock since January 1, 2025 or earlier. Individuals need a city address on January 1, 2026 and JPY 1,000,000 or more in 2025 agricultural sales; corporations need a principal city office and JPY 1,000,000 or more in agricultural sales in the latest accounts. ③ Eligible expenses: Eligible costs are seed and seedling costs, livestock purchase costs, fertilizer, agricultural chemical and sanitation costs, and materials. Regular consumption-tax filers must exclude the tax portion. ④ Amount and schedule: The grant is 20% of eligible expenses, capped at JPY 200,000. Applications run from May 1 to July 31, 2026, and require Form 1, Form 2, income documents, a tax return copy when applicable, and a bankbook copy.
