Ishikawa Prefecture’s “Subsidy for the Promotion of Personnel Use” is a system that supports the cost of経営 management issues, development of sales channels, improvement of business, new business, and promotion of specialized business. The prefecture cooperates with ILAC to identify issues by visiting companies, introduce human resources and financial institutions, and support after human resource matching. The subsidy fee is the referral fee paid to the recruitment company and the compensation paid to the sub-operation and concurrent personnel. As a general rule, the contractor is an individual’s sub- and concurrent person, and the contract period is within one month or more, and the contract conclusion date is from April 1, 2019 to the end of February, the following year. In addition, if a prefecture company located in Noto 6 cities in Noto, Nanao City, Wajima City, Suzhou City, Shiga Town, Suisui Town, Noto Town, it is a "Noto Support Sub-社員 employee" and uses locally-stayed sub-業 and concurrent human resources, transportation and lodging expenses are additional assistance. Auxiliary rate is 80% of
