1Business overview: The INPIT foreign application subsidy is a system that supports the construction of an international intellectual property strategy by assisting part of foreign invention (patent), devised (new), design or trademark rights (applicant procedure) for small and medium-sized enterprises, founding specific corporations, testing research institutes, etc. (including universities) and executors. Applicants who are already registered with the Japan Patent Office are eligible to apply to the Foreign Patent Office, etc. in with the Paris Convention. In addition to assisting in application procedures, we also provide mid-term procedural assistance related to application examination requests and response procedures for notification of reasons for rejection. 2 Subjects: Small and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters in Japan (including companies or individuals who meet the requirements of capital and full-time employees by industry), associations, business cooperatives, etc., non-profit corporations, Commerce and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, established specific corporations within 10 years after establishment (capital less than 300 million yen), universities, colleges, universities, joint utilities, AIST, JST,研KEN, etc. Not applicable to the “Mina Large Enterprise” which is held by a large company or a large company of 2/3 or more. Not applicable to anti-social forces. 3Subsidy Exp。s and Subsidy Contents: Subsidy Exp。s are application fees, agent fees (国内 agent, local agent), translation expenses, etc. paid to the Foreign Patent Office.
