Hara Village Emergency Agricultural Business Support Payment, 4th Round

Hara Village provides the fourth emergency agricultural business support payment to farm operators affected by higher fuel and agricultural input costs. Eligible applicants are individuals and corporations that had an address or business site in the village before January 1, 2026, operate an agricultural business, and intend to continue farming. The payment is calculated as 2% of eligible 2025 agricultural expenses such as seed, livestock, fertilizer, feed, pesticide and hygiene, materials, utilities, and packaging/freight fees, capped at JPY 400,000. Applications are accepted by paper or electronic form from April 1 to October 30, 2026.
