FY2026 Yamaguchi GX Strategic Regional-Leadership Project Promotion Subsidy

①Overview: Yamaguchi GX Strategic Regional-Leadership Project Promotion Subsidy supports refinement of business plans (feasibility / economic-viability investigation) for GX (Green Transformation) strategic regions, aiming to improve the prefecture's evaluation in the national final screening. ②Eligible applicants: Companies (or business groups including such companies) acting as the consideration entity for GX-related projects listed in the prefecture's plan application — GX-related projects, GX strategic regional operation entities, and GX asset-management funds. Group applications need a representative. Member requirements: no Yamaguchi-prefectural tax delinquency, no organized-crime involvement, no organized-crime officers. ③Eligible expenses & benefit content: Expenses directly necessary for the project, separately accounted from other businesses. Cost categories: personnel (time-rate × direct working hours), assistant personnel, travel (staff/expert), expert honorarium, usage/lease fees (equipment, cloud, venue), consumables, outsourcing (>50% requires reason letter), printing/binding, joint-project expenses (for non-representative members), other necessary expenses. ④Rate, ceiling, schedule, application pointers: Rate 2/3, ceiling JPY 30,000,000. Project period: 2026-02-10 through whichever comes earlier of (a) the last day of the month following national-screening result notification to the prefecture, or (b) 2026-09-30.
