1. Overview: NICO supports DX seminars held by local support organizations so more Niigata companies learn about and start DX. DX includes transformation, digitalization and digitization. 2. Applicants: Eligible applicants are Niigata municipalities, chambers and commerce associations, banks, credit unions and other financial institutions headquartered in Niigata, and organizations with Niigata offices that aid local or industry development. 3. Costs: Eligible expenses are honoraria and travel costs for external lecturers. Costs must be paid within the project period and clearly separated. Taxes, transfer fees, incomplete evidence, set-off payments, cash, card, bill or check payments, and unrelated costs are excluded. 4. Rate and schedule: The rate is up to 10/10. Caps are 40,000 yen honorarium and up to 22,500 yen travel per lecturer, with two lecturers per applicant; the maximum display amount is 125,000 yen. Applications run from April 20 to December 25, 2026 and may close early.
