FY2026 Side-Job Talent Matching Support Subsidy (Sabae City)

(1) Overview: Sabae City (Fukui Prefecture) offers this FY2026 subsidy to local SMEs that leverage side-job (fukugyo) talent skills via online talent-matching platforms. The program is administered by the Industrial Promotion Division of the Industry & Environment Department, with the page last updated on April 2, 2026 (page no. 683-012-434). Applications must be filed BEFORE the project starts. (2) Eligible applicants: (a) SMEs with a principal place of business in Sabae City; (b) entities with no delinquent municipal taxes. Corporations must submit articles of incorporation; groups must submit group regulations; all must submit a tax-payment completion certificate. (3) Eligible expenses & content: utilisation of side-job-talent skills via matching sites for marketing, sales promotion, product planning, or business planning. Specifically: matching-site listing fees, remuneration to side-job talent, and outsourcing fees. All expenses are calculated tax-excluded, and totals under 50,000 yen are NOT eligible. (4) Rate, ceiling, schedule & application points: up to 100,000 yen per business at 1/2 of eligible expenses. Application window: April 1, 2026 – February 26, 2027. Submit Form #1 (application), Form #2 (business plan), Form #3 (income/expense budget), articles/regulations, and tax-payment certificate. After document review the city issues a Subsidy Grant Order. After project completion, submit Form #10 (results report), Form #11 (project settlement), Form #12 (income/expense settlement), and a payment request; once approved, the subsidy is wired to the designated bank account.
