FY2026 Shopping Association Revitalization Store Opening Support Grant

1. Overview: Musashino City's FY2026 grant supports businesses opening in rented or subleased vacant shops or offices, preventing long vacancies and revitalizing shopping associations. 2. Applicants: SMEs, small businesses, sole proprietors, and NPO-type corporations may apply if their scale is comparable to SMEs. They must join the local shopping association, federation, or Chamber of Commerce where no association exists. 3. Support: This is a fixed grant, not reimbursement. Self-owned buildings and rental offices are excluded. Initial applications need the form, lease, proof of business start, plan, association confirmation, tax certificate, pledge/payment form, and bankbook copy. 4. Amount and schedule: Standard support is 200,000 yen at opening plus 200,000 yen after six months. Qualified startups receive 300,000 yen at each stage, up to 600,000 yen. Initial applications run April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027; six-month applications run until October 4, 2027.
