FY2026 Saga Prefecture Regional Revitalization Startup Support Grant

①Program overview: This grant supports Saga startups using digital technology to solve local issues, and succession or second-startup projects in S5.0 fields. It provides cost support and mentoring. ②Eligible applicants: Applicants must live in Saga or plan to move there by January 29, 2027. New founders must open a sole proprietorship or establish a corporation in the eligible period. Succession and second-startup projects must run in Saga. ③Eligible expenses: Costs must be necessary, project-specific and backed by payment records. Eligible items include wages, rent, equipment, raw materials, leases, IP costs, honoraria, travel, outsourcing, marketing research, and advertising. Taxes, insurance, officer pay, and general-purpose items are excluded. ④Rate and schedule: The rate is 1/2, capped at 2,000,000 yen. Applications run from April 28 to noon on June 15, 2026. Screening is planned for June and July. Projects end January 29, 2027; final report due by February 8, 2027.
