FY2026 Ninohe City Energy-Saving Support Subsidy

①Overview: Subsidy to ease the burden of energy price hikes for Ninohe City businesses, by funding the replacement/installation of energy-efficient equipment used in business operations. Window: Ninohe City Commerce/Tourism/Distribution Division (Tel 0195-43-3213). ②Eligibility: SMEs per Small Business Basic Law Art.2(1) (corp/cooperative/general corp), manufacturers, sole proprietors (SME-size), or associations primarily composed of SMEs/sole proprietors. SME size limits: Manufacturing/Construction/Transport/Other = capital ≤JPY 300M or ≤300 employees; Wholesale = ≤JPY 100M or ≤100 employees; Service = ≤JPY 50M or ≤100 employees; Retail = ≤JPY 50M or ≤50 employees. ③Eligible Expenses: Energy-saving equipment replacement/installation (LED lighting, EcoCute, AC, freezers/refrigerators). Excluded: PCs/smartphones, existing equipment disposal costs, consumption tax. Period: contracts on/after FY2026-04-01. ④Rate/Cap/Schedule: 1/2 subsidy rate, cap JPY 200,000 (rounded down to nearest thousand yen). Application deadline: 2026-12-28 (or until budget exhausted). 5 application forms + quotes + catalogs. Interim payment (90% of decided amount) via Form 8. Report due within 30 days of completion.
