①Overview: FY2026 Moriyama City Talent Acquisition Support Subsidy partially funds the cost incurred by city businesses (affected by energy/price hikes) for stable talent acquisition, contributing to productivity improvement, business-base strengthening, and business continuity. ②Eligible applicants: (1) SME or large company with a store/factory/office in Moriyama City employing job-seekers, (2) HQ in city OR external HQ with a Moriyama-specific job posting, (3) no city tax delinquency, (4) no significant labor-law violation, (5) not organized-crime members, (6) not adult-entertainment business. ③Eligible expenses & benefit content: Talent acquisition activities implemented from grant decision through 2027-02-28: job-site/magazine/matching-site posting (registration, ad fees), human-resource agency fees (matching fee on hire, success fee), recruitment-video creation (outsourcing), joint company briefing/interview-fair participation (booth fees, materials, venue), factory tours / internships (advertising), training and consulting for talent acquisition and retention. ④Rate, ceiling, schedule, application pointers: 1/2 rate, ¥200,000 cap (rounded down, once per business).
