FY2026 Masaki Town SME Talent Acquisition Project Subsidy

Masaki Town subsidizes recruitment costs incurred by local SMEs and related organizations to secure regular employees, including job-site listings, recruiting flyers, and recruitment agency costs. Eligible applicants must have their head office, main office, or address in the town and must conduct ongoing business activities and regular-employee recruitment. Eligible activities are those implemented from April 1, 2026 through March 5, 2027. The normal subsidy rate is one-half with a 300,000 yen cap, rising to two-thirds and 400,000 yen for applicants with specified labor-environment certifications. Applications are accepted from May 1 to December 25, 2026, subject to budget availability.
