FY2026 Hybrid Conference & Event Hosting Support Grant (Round 3)
Summary
The Hy d Conference Fund Grant Program (the third review of FY2019) is a system to support the organizers who plan to hold international MICEs in Tokyo, such as hybrid-type meetings that combine face-to-face online. The purpose of this conference is to promote online distribution in English for international conferences, corporate meetings, rewards, training trips, exhibitions, and events in Tokyo, and to promote Tokyo’s presence, industrial and economic promotion, academic, cultural and international exchange. The grant recipient is a company or organization that can hold and manage the funds. It is not applicable to governments, prefectures, municipalities, policy associations and business cooperation groups in Tokyo, organizations that monitor political, religion, election activities, contrary to public order and morals, and gangsters. In the same year, the grant for the same meeting is limited to two times, including the previous year. The meeting needs to be held in Tokyo as a venue, and the online distribution of English is required during the meeting. More than 50 local participants, more than 20 international participants, more than 3 countries, and more than 1 day of the event. The target cost is the cost of communicating line usage, and other directors to be required for partial online such as rental equipment for live streaming, distribution platform, etc. カメラ includes camera, video capture, switcher, PC, display, monitor, headphone, backup equipment, platform basic rental, optional fees, account fees, video distribution site usage fee, rental server, on-demand delivery expenses, wired and wireless LAN communication line usage fee, communication line construction fee, etc. However, there is a need to be clearly categorized as a face-to-face holding expenses, and the expenses related to employee expenses, labor costs, goods purchase costs, other grant programs, and defective forms are not covered.
