FY2026 Go! Hiroshima Scholarship Repayment Support System Introduction Company Support Subsidy

This Hiroshima Prefecture subsidy helps SMEs and similar organizations with a written employee scholarship repayment support system. It covers part of cash allowances or direct repayments to lenders for up to three fiscal years. Eligible applicants are Hiroshima-based SMEs, sole proprietors, NPOs, public-interest corporations, medical and welfare corporations, cooperatives, and certain childcare-related school or religious corporations. Deemed large companies, government-controlled entities, adult businesses, antisocial-force related applicants, tax arrears, and serious labor-law violations are excluded. Eligible costs are payments under the notified support system. Employees must work in Hiroshima, be hired on or after March 1, 2026, be indefinite-term employees or scheduled as such, and be the principal debtor. The ordinary category subsidizes up to 2/3; the human-capital disclosure category up to 3/4. No per-employee cap. Applications run from April 1, 2026 to February 26, 2027.
