FY2026 Cybersecurity Countermeasure Promotion Subsidy (Tokyo)

This Tokyo program helps SMEs introduce cybersecurity products and services to reduce cyberattack and information-leakage risks. Eligible applicants include Tokyo-based SMEs, SME groups, and SME associations that have declared SECURITY ACTION two-star status. Eligible costs include UTM, firewalls, EDR/EPP, access management, log management, encryption, server OS work, and targeted email training. The subsidy rate is up to one-half and the maximum grant is 5 million yen. The first round has closed, while the second and third electronic application windows are scheduled for September 2026 and January 2027.
