Through advanced training, qualification acquisition, special training at universities, overseas development and research and development, we aim to create a place where young talents can demonstrate their expertise. 2 Targets: The target is a company that has a business base in Akita Prefecture and operates construction, manufacturing, commercial and service businesses, and information-related businesses. It is not eligible for agriculture, forestry, finance, insurance, medical and welfare, constant customs sales, religious and political organizations. The target employee is a大学 of university, school, and higher vocational school. In principle, it is within 5 years after joining the company on or after April 1, 2019. 3Subsidy Exp。s and Subsidies: Subsidies are based on the core human resource development plan, which is a cost to support advanced training and qualifications for university grads, etc. Admission fees, tuition fees, material fees, travel expenses, transportation fees, accommodation fees, tuition fees, qualification exam fees, test fees, registration fees, etc. The equivalent amount of labor expenses during the training period can be calculated to the subsidy expenses of 10,000 yen per day per employee.
