FY2026 Child-Rearing Support [Construction-Type] First Year

This is a national subsidy program supporting child safety measures and community-building initiatives in multi-family residential properties (rental apartments and condominiums). The program targets residential property owners nationwide, with no employee count restrictions. The subsidy covers a portion of renovation or new construction costs for child safety measures (accident prevention, security systems) and facility improvements that facilitate community interaction among residents.
