Summary
One subsidy is the first public offering of the Okinawa Industry Promotion Public Corporation’s Reiwa 8th business succession promotion project. We will promote business succession of small and medium-sized enterprises in the prefecture, transfer of management resources, and aim to contribute to the sustainable revitalization of the pre ural economy through improvement of successor absence, maintenance, technology transfer, and generational exchange. 2 Subjects are small and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters in Okinawa, working on the succession of the relatives, the succession of employees or the succession of third parties. In M&A, which transfers business to a third party other than a relative, etc., it is subject to the absence of employees, and if the shareholder representative becomes a burden on expenses and contract, it is possible to jointly apply in a cons ium representing the subsidy corporation. In M&A, only the transfer side is required. 3Auxiliary expenses are system usage fees related to the business succession and management improvement of the succession process. M&A brokerage, FA, tax accountant, lawyer, judicial scrivener, administrative scrivener, real estate appraisal, corporate value calculation, contract review, authorization application, matching site usage, etc. It is not applicable to orders, contracts, application preparation costs, consumption tax, government office fees, etc. before the date of the grant decision. 4Auxiliary maximum amount is 1,000,000 yen, the auxiliary rate is less than 2/3 of the auxiliary expenses, and the number of grants is about 11. The 1st preliminary consultation period is from April 23 to June 12, 2019, and the application reception is required from April 23 to June 19, 2019. Subsidy period is from the date of the grant decision to be submitted by the end of February 2019.
