[FY R8] Job-Hunting Event Participation Subsidy (Sabae City)
Summary
(1) Overview: Sabae City (Fukui) runs this FY R8 Job-Hunting Event Participation Subsidy via its Industry Promotion Division to help local SMEs offset costs of joint company information sessions and other recruiting events. Applications must be filed BEFORE the event starts. (2) Eligible Applicants: SMEs whose principal place of business is in Sabae City. The applicant must have no municipal-tax arrears (a tax-completion certificate is mandatory) and must submit articles of incorporation or, for unincorporated groups, the group's bylaws. (3) Eligible Expenses: Strictly (a) consignment fees, (b) facility/equipment usage and rental fees, and (c) communication and shipping fees, all EXCLUSIVE of consumption tax. Typical items include event-organizer participation fees, booth/venue rental, and mailing recruitment materials. (4) Rate, Ceiling, Schedule: Up to one-half of eligible expenses; ceiling JPY 200,000. Window: 1 April 2026 - 26 February 2027. At application: grant application, articles/bylaws, tax-completion certificate. After the Grant Order, run the event, then submit the Achievement Report (Form 10), grant payment request, event photos, and supporting documents. Payment is wired to the designated bank account.
