Excluded: public taxes, consumption tax, government fees, personnel costs, food/beverage, consumables. (4) Rate, Cap, Schedule, Key Points: Subsidy equals 4/10 of donations raised. Donation target = 125% of eligible expenses. CF period through March 10 of the following fiscal year (or year after for land-acquisition projects). Application deadline May 29, 2026 17:00, then rolling acceptance through Dec 25, 2026. Review committee held by June 30. Mandatory 5-year project continuation.
