Fukuyama City Work Style Reform Practice Support Incentive (FY2026)

1) Overview: Fukuyama City Work Style Reform Practice Support Incentive provides incentives to SMEs implementing work style reforms. Offers ¥100K/¥200K/¥300K based on number of implemented initiatives (1/2/3+) from four categories. 2) Eligible Applicants: SMEs (deemed-large excluded) with HQ in Fukuyama; consent to tax investigation; applied to 'Green Enterprise Challenge Declaration'; employment insurance covered; paternity/child-nursing leave systems defined. 3) Eligible Initiatives: This is a flat incentive. Initiatives: (1) Male paternity leave take-up ≥50% with 5+ consecutive days; (2) Annual leave take-up ≥70% with ≥20% YoY improvement; (3) Overtime <30 hrs/month with ≥20% YoY reduction; (4) Child nursing leave days improved ≥20% YoY. Period: January 1 to December 31. 4) Incentive Amount and Schedule: ¥100,000/¥200,000/¥300,000. One per business per year. Application: January 4 - March 31, 2027 (ends when budget exhausted).
